Lawn Level Company delivers worldwide. We operate dedicated country stores for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Customers in other countries are welcome to order through the store that best serves their region, and we will do our best to accommodate international delivery requests — please contact us to confirm availability.
Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time estimates are from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, order weight, and dimensions. Free shipping promotions may be available on eligible orders — check your country store at checkout for current offers. All applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or calculate these charges in advance — please check with your local customs authority for guidance before ordering.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Lawn Level Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where applicable. Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
